What is TOHacks?
How does a virtual hackathon work?
The communication, judging, interactions will all occur on a digital platform. There will be a designated workspace created for the hackathon where participants will have the opportunity to connect with their team members and also communicate with mentors, sponsors and executive members. All activities will be done in a virtual format due to current conditions with COVID-19. We will provide all the necessary information regarding what platforms to use closer to the hackathon date.

Where will TOHacks be held?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, TOHacks 2020 will be virtual. We will be sure to communicate all necessary information to attending participants closer to the event date. Stay tuned!
When can I apply?

Decisions will be released on a rolling basis!
How much does it cost to attend TOHacks?
The event is free to participate at TOHacks 2020!
How many people are allowed in a team?
A maximum of 4 people are allowed on a team.
What if I’ve never been to a hackathon before?
We encourage individuals with no prior experience to attend! Our goal at TOHacks is to provide an inclusive and encouraging environment. If you want to feel more prepared, doing some personal research or reaching out to our team members will be helpful! Nonetheless, we encourage you to apply.
What if I don’t have a team?
It is totally fine if you do not have a team! Everyone will have the option to communicate with other participants to form a team. We will also have a team formation session during the event.
